I received a letter from General Motors regarding a recall on my Chevy Impala's steering column. I contacted Medved Chevrolet in Wheat Ridge, CO, which is where I purchased the vehicle. I was told that I didn't need an appointment and that they would provide shuttle service for me while the car was being repaired
I brought the car in today for it to have the recall work done and to have an oil change. The service manager said they do not have shuttle service on Saturdays, even though someone in the service department told me that they do. When I complained about this, the service manager refused to work on my car.
