I really sorry for writing this complaint but they droved me mad behaving in a rude way. So, I wanted to write it because I do not want you to go in the same stuation. On the last week of February 2009, me and myboyfriend ( he came to Turkey from the Uk for visit me) had booked in Megarapalace and we agreed for the price and the room everything for 9 days. At the first day, they gave us a room with the 2 beds and one towel therefore, we sleept over in the one bed and had to use one towel . Second day they changed it luckly. And for one week, they didnt change our towels.Anyway, infact I want to share this trouble for you that is ; in the middle of the week they called us in the morning for asking ' what time we were leaving the room' I was shoceked and said that we agreed for 9 days and we were going on Sunday (that day was wednesday). They said that they confused. Anyway, on the saturday which is before the day that we will leave the room, they called us again in the earliest morning and asked the same question, I said what is going on, I told you we will leave on Sundan not Saturday. They said that it s not possible coz, we had paid for 8 days. I asked if they were jocking with us. Andalso, I was really embaresed for this trouble for my boyfriend. He was sad though. I said, I cant tolk you now, I ve just waken up. I am coming down later.Then, we went to the reception, and tolk to receptionist.' We agreed for 9 days for this money nd now what happend' He said that I didnt say him 9 days, I would say 8 days but I know the numbers of the days that we was going to stay. And he was tolking in a rude way also, his manager was there, he started to shouted us. It wasnt believeable. And we said we are going to leave the room, it is enough you made our last day realy bad also, he was going back to the Uk after the day. We had been changed to hotel. That was really distressful for both of us.The day was one of the worst day for me. And I have just wanted to worned you.
