Their tech support is bad, really bad. They want to accuse you of wrong
doing way before they'll accept that their product may be at fault. Had a
board of theirs that went bad. Did every test imagainable, yep it was
bad. Called their tech support and the guy was rude. He also asked me if
I overclocked the board and I told him, "No, it's a cyrix 200 at 75mhz."
Then he bellows, "That's overclocking it!" Anyone who knows anything about
computers knows the cyrix 200 supports and runs at the 75mhz bus sp eed.
After telling him that he put me on hold to ask somebody. I truly don't
believe their tech support people are actual technitians, they're someone
hired to argue with you over the phone.
