Melissa is the most cheap person i have ever known. She only cares about making money. We once had this employee who did not put a 2 week notice in and she did not give her, her LAST check. I do not care what terms you leave a business you always need to get to your last check. To add this place was not following the ratios, that the states allow. The teachers were always over ratio. For example for the threes the ratio is one teacher to thirteen kids, but when you move one two year over it goes to 1 to 8 and this teacher had 15 kids all to herself, how is a teacher suppose to watch kids properly if the director keeps leaving her short handed? I have know of people who has left children outside for like 15 mintues alone. I have known some of the teacher including the director to smoke weed, even the parents whould sell weed to the teachers. But they only did this on their break and not on school property but still, under the influece while caring for children is still pretty bad. I have known Melissa to make her employees work while they are sick, and they would always get the children sick, because Melissa was not willing to work for 6 hours to keep the children form not getting ill. My child was always sick, and this was because the employees were forced to work sick. Melissa would say I am sick too but I am working and you can too. What kind of shit is that? They recently had a kitchen built and they are not following the regs on how to run a kitchen. they wouldnt fix food the kids would eat and they would write they ate all of their food when really they ate nothing. MELISSA would make fake diplomas and put them in peoples files, for state regs, employees need to have their GED. I know for all maxwells in arizona they have 2-3 illgeal people working there with no papers. WHen a child had lice or some kind of sickness she wouldnt post the sickness for other parents to find out and try to keep there children safe, until one day EVERY kid was sick. NO joke. I know all of this because I was a parent and then worked there for 2 years. As an employee i am upset that they dont drug test people and as a parent I am not happy with the safey regs to keep our children safe. AND ITS NEVER CLEANED! and she is two faced nice to your face and then talk crap aobut parents.
