I purchased a watch from this company that was advertised on eBay. I paid instantly and awaited the arrival of my new time piece. This jeweler has GREAT feedback on eBay, and like most first time Rolex buyers I was excited and didn't pay close attention. The watch was set to come with an AIGL appraisal. Which I later found out is a FAKE company.
Any how, I receive my watch the first time, it does run. I tried to wind it, NOTHING, so I called Melrose, I was told to return it and they would repair and send it back. They did PAY for the return shipping. About 10 days later I received another watch in the mail. This watch never worked either, so this time I took the watch to a very reputable jeweler in Austin TX. They will NOT touch it ! I was told the only original Rolex part of this watch was the case, the rest is ENTIRELY after market NON Rolex parts.

I have tried to contact them several times and have had ZERO LUCK. What do I do? I paid 3400$ for what I thought was a legit Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust.

DO NOT BUY HERE ! They do not sell Authentic Rolexs ! Just cases with Junk on the insides.
