This is lakshmi from Hyderabad. I want to let you onething that I am not having nay credit card with me and i dont know abt my credit card number also . I didnt received my card and i called up to the customer to cancel it. they told that it will take 15 days.
After 20 days, i got the bill from ur bank as i want to pay money, Y should i want to pay the money with out having card.
And iam v happy to inform you that the bill will come to correct address but the card is not able to come to that address.
Please cancel my card and let me know the result.
I am calling to ur customer care since 2 days but no one is picking up the call .It is telling to wait for 8 mts and 3 mts more and 3 mts more.
I am not scolding your bank or your services but let you know the result.
please cancel the card and call me once.

this is not fair on your bank and the agents told that there is no annual charges and it is life time free card but all the things told by them is wrong
