i called and cancelled on nov, 7 which was one day before my 30 day trial was up conf# 700213 you debited my account anyway. so i contacted you regaurding this matter and you credited it back.and then for some reason you debited it back out again.i would like for it to be credited back and not have to deal with this issue again. thank you

I thought this was taken care of, but your still taking money out of my account. You need to contact immediately. I spoke to someone in the very beginning, but you still have $1.00 a month coming out of my bank account.
