stole money
I went on line to fill out an application for a loan not this! 3 weeks later u stole 100 dollars out of my account! I am a single mother making 9 dollars an hour with no child support u had no right to do that!!! There is a such thing as carma! With all the complaint and stealing u people do it should be reported and something done about it!!! Not 1 time did i talk to u people or give u the right to steal money out of my account! Its funny how Mr.Micheal doesn't have enough guts to realize what his company done to me and my child! How would u all feel if it was done to u or ur child!!! I sure hope before u go to sleep at night, u pray and ask god to forgive u for the things that u do to others!!! We all know how u take care of ur family!!! Steal from other familys!!!

unauthorized charges from my account
Going through my e statement through my bank i came across charges that were not authorized, could not figure out why my account was negative. come to find out this member service company took 99.95 out of my account without my authorization, I'm assuming they got my information when i applied for a payday loan.

They took 149.95 out of my account without my permission.
I am not sure how this received my banking information, but they were able to deduct 149.95 from my account on 03/25/10.

The use bad language on me
I received a call at 9:28 pm on Monday June 15, 2009. A representative by the name of Jacob Smith with an Indian accent call and said that we had own $500 for grosories. I thought at first that maybe it was one of my family member, because of the time that it was. I ask for him to let me talk to his manager because of the hours that they were calling me. I was never mad at all but I ask why would they call so late, I continue by saying that it was againts the law to call after 9pm. I ask the manager what was his name he said it was Fernando Rodrigo, he had also an Indian accent and with a name and a last name that is more like a Spanish/hispanic/latino name. He then started being offensive just cause I asked if this is true why would they call so late, then a woman graved the phone and I asked her why was the other representative offending me when I never had said a bad word to him, she too had an Indian accent. I did not wanted to hang up until they gave me an asnwer to why they were calling so late and she too started being offensive in English and also in their own language, I wanted to see until when they were going to stop using faul language and after almost 30 minutes I hung up.

billed card after canceled
i was asked for my card # to view a website and told there would be no charge if i decided not to subscribe. i was billed anyways and then billed again when i tried to stop the subscription that i did not ask for or want. i don't know what to do next!!!the website doesn't take you anywhere but to a yahoo home page when you try to fill out a refund form...what do i do?
