I had a 80 minute spa massage for Friday February 25th, 2011. We were invited for the member tour to, possilby updraed our membership. We met in the lobby as requested at 7:30 a.m. We decided to upgrade our membership again, we told tyhe membership person that I had a spa treatment for 1:00. If took forever to complete to paper work. Bottom line is I arrived to the spa at 1:15 p.m. I was then told they have no openings for me for the rest of the day. That is not very good business for you, here I am upgrading my membership and this is how I am treated. Basically it, took 1/2 a day for the membership tour and paper work and then no spa. I feel this is unexceptable and I should be compensated. My son and his wife ouir coming for their honeymoon in July. My wife and I are planning on returning next February 2012. I am sure you will take care of me with some type of upgrade. Please e-mail me back with explanation.
