My name is Mr. Mazhar Iqbal,
I have recently purchased a membership with Vocation Club 4 u. Before the membership, the information I was been told by the company was incorrect, e.g. they said that once I was registered I can book instantly via theirwebsite, but now they say that I would have to wait for 48 ours before I here anything.
They have insulted me and my son when we phoned them, and three times they put the phone down. Their customer service was very aggressive towards me and my son, they started yelling at us. When I asked them their name they refused to give it. When we asked them that "Can you please CANCEL our membership", they said that we got no right to cancel it, and instead just put the phone down.
They have mislead us in many different ways.
When we said that we will take you to court, they said "we are not really bothered, you can go ahead".
I am also concerned that, today they have took our £100, tomorrow, they can take anybody's in the UK.
This is what we are experiencing from this company.
I would really appreciate if you could help us in our bad time.
