In the first instance, The item we transacted is cellulose acetate membrane filter paper for hb genotype.
I tranfered a sum of USD 44 to the above companys account being dhl courier charge to obtain samples of cellulose acetate membrane filter with pore size 0.45, they sent, after confirmatory test in Nigeria laboratory, it was okayed then I commence.
I orderered thesame quality with cut size 14.5 cm x 5.7 cm x 100 pcs per pack at usd 47, And I tranfered usd for 50 packets(5000pcs) including dhl charge of USD 150 and other charges.
It was a great shock on the month of october 2010, that after clearing the goods with DHL in Nigeria, I found a different quality that cannot serve my purpose. I raised an alarm and complained to Eddie Zhang, only to hear that it was a mistake that they have already verified and pleaded for my patience that they shall send replacement to me, ordering me do away with it.
I sent back some of their first sample including another sample to them via a courier service, to avoid repeat of error which they received.
It was another surprise to me, that this same company sent 20 packet which is 2000 pcs to me on the month of january 2011. I complained, Eddie Zhang told me that their suppliers is short of my quality, and his manager said that they cannot supply me anything again that I should bear the lost.
I told them, I cannot bear any loss than all these delays from them, Sir till this day they refuse to complete my goods or even answer my mails.
Sir, I appeal to you to help me out of this mess by calling them to order to complete my prepaid goods.
