GOOD NEIGHBORS KEEP THEIR NOISE TO THEMSELVES.

memory lane event center isn't a good neighbor because they blare their awful music so everyone has to hear it. i truly believe everyone over at mlec has hearing loss. they can't hear...but all the neighbors have to.

please do not book this awful place. all the neighbors thank you in advance!

I want to submit my two cents on this matter...I have read the other complaints and agree with them. I know Mike reads this page also, so I would like to leave a message for him, his wife Janet and daughter Thalia...I was thinking the other day about the good and bad of dealing with our situation with Memory Lane Event Center...the good...I have met many of my neighbors who I otherwise would not have. I/We talk on a regular basis...yes, about you Mike!! The bad...Memory Lane is still here!!! And 'YES" the owners are liars!! Moving that fence Mike...that takes the cake. You are lucky if wasn't my fence..if I would have caught you I probably would have shot you on the spot. I have consulted with my attorney and we discussed 'my' rights. I CAN and WILL make noise!! You can make noise so can I!! And I won't be breaking any laws. I can sit on KC Memory Lane during one of your events and blow my car horn!! I am not breaking any laws!! I can and will check with EVERY agency that could even possibly regulate you to make sure you are following the law. And I won't be breaking any laws. When I thought of what I could possibly want to come of all this...even if the Morgan's shut down the event center I would not be happy. Mike, you and your family have produced such discord in this neighborhood (yes, I said neighborhood!! This is OUR neighborhood!) that I don't even want you living here anymore!! The only thing that would make me/us happy is if ya'll moved away and sold your property as 'residential only'. I know I personally don't like the thought of you guys living here whether you are making noise or not!! And why do ya'll want to continue living here knowing so many of your neighbors hate you?? It really angers me that ya'll are so inconsiderate of everyone else. Do you think about your neighbors who would like to put their kids to sleep at a reasonable hour and can't because your noise keeps them awake? What about the people who have to be to work in the morning? What about the people who have a 8am soccer game in Round Rock on Saturday morning who can't get to sleep because your event runs until 2am?? We all moved out here to the country for the peace and quiet. I am sure it is the same reason you moved here. You have ruined that for us. And now I hear you are enclosing the pavilion...have you got your permit for that??? Probably not! I'll have to check on that! It really bothers me that you have raised two daughters to be just like you...with no consideration for others!! Thalia is so smug! Would she like it if I sit outside her house in SM blaring my car stereo at 2am? Do us all a favor..take your businesses and MOVE AWAY!! Maybe you can find some land over in Bastrop...I hear they need an event center.
