Guys, I think I have the best story about these clowns. I ordered a pc100 128 meg of memory from them. was 67 bucks when I ordered it. it came when I ordered, put it in and it worked, but it failed the tests. so they say they have lifetime warranty, I'm using it for a month figureing well it failed thememory test but maybe it works, after a month, I realize, hey this thing ain't working right. so I call them and get an rma, now I assumed that they wouldn't give me money back, hey what computer place will with prices dropping daily??? so on the rma form I clearly check replacement, I sent it in and at first they tell me they don't have it, that they can't find my rma, then when they finally find it, I am told I have been credited for thememory, I say I want a replacement, they say they can't because they credited me, funny thing was, memory at that time was now 250 for the same chip, not 67, go figure why they credited me, the guy there even admitted that it said replacement on the rma but that he made a mistake, he said he would talk to the boss who said too damn bad, there is nothing we can do you have been credited, they are theives liars and personally they deserve the death penalty. I finally actually managed to get my original shipping back and my 2 day shipping that I paid to send the memory back to them when I threated to call my lawyer. they are without a doubt the biggest ba*tards in the business.
