My family was walking into the Menards store # 3136 in Avon Indiana . As we ( my family ) were walking into the store over at the service desk there was a man employee grooping a woman employee`s body in a way that should not/never be done in a place of business. We went to an employee and asked to speak to a manager about what we had just seen. This employee took us over to the manager, to our surprise the manager was the man that was touching the female employee . So, there was no one to report this incident to . So, we asked the employee what this managers name was and he stated that it was Johnny Beers. Until, we hear from someone on this matter, we will not be going back into that store # 3136 in Avon Indiana. We would like to know that someone has read this and also feels that, that kind of conduct by a manager is uncalled for in a work inviorment. The store has and we noticed cameras so, someone needs to take a look at what goes on at that store. It was December 16 about 4:45 to 5:00 o`clock p.m. in the evening in front of store as you walk in. We believe that something needs to be done with this JOHNNY BEERS so called manager at store # 3136 in Avon Indiana. District manager should at least step up and correct this matter.
