Gary Sylvester, owner /operator od Mendham Design and Build out of Menham NJ is a dead beat.

He has mulitple judgements against him, does shoddy work and does not pay subs. He hires guys, gets them into the job, then disappears. When its time to pay, he stalls you, then gets paid from his customers and flies off with the money.

He beat us and a few other subs on a job in Morris Plains and i now find out his home is in foreclosure which makes him very dangerous to do business with on any level, whether being hired by him to do work on a job, or if you are hiring him to do a job for you.

The guy is a snake and dead beat. Avoid Gary Sylvester at all costs.

He operates out of his foreclosed home on 16 Birch st.Mendham, NJ.

I look forward to seeing him on the streets begging for money of any kind to feed his kids.

I hope the times will be very cruel to him and his family.
