My policy was canceled moths ago when I spoke with the agent and MEPCO. Yet, I got an email today stating that I owe money and that my policy was not canceled and to contact Tier 1. I don't know anything about any third party involved like Tier 1. The only thing that I know is that I canceled with my agent a week after purchase, and there was no additional information that was told to me about Mepco or Tier 1 to cancel. The agreement is to cancel with my agent (which I did) and document that with stop payments through bank of America, National Auto Services, and Mepco.

My bank has been notified and it has been documented that the policy has been canceled at the National Auto Services (Brooklyn, NY). If I never received information to call Tier 1 and I called all the numbers given to me to cancel, then you cannot bind me to this contract. I really just want this resolved without any legal action. But, If this account does not cancel and this falls on my credit report in as little as a late payment or worse - legal action will taken to show that my attempts to cancel were redirected and ignored and all three companies listed here need to be reported to the BBB.
