I was receiving these letters in the mail...no return address...hand written. inside was a newspaper advertisement for Merchant Motors in Hooksett New Hampshire...with a yellow sticky note. the note was hand written simply with my name asking me to check this out! signed, "J" after receiving 2 of these even after I moved in between...I began to worry...I thought I may have a stalker? who is sending me this...why...and how are they getting my personal information. finally I called merchants and asked to speak to the person in charge of their advertisements. I expressed my feelings and asked to simple be taken off their mailing list...I found this advertisement harassing and over the top. he told me to contact my post office to be taken off the list...I said I want him to take me off his list...he argued and fought with me then hung up when I told him...I didn't appreciate this harassment. So...I called again and asked to speak to someone in complaints. yes I wanted to make a complaint on this "J" guy. so I am connected to this Doug guy at Merchants Mortors of Hooksett New Hampshire...and HE is just as bad if not worse...I can't believe this...these men were so insensitive and so rude...I again asked to be taken off their list...he finally took my information...my name etc...then began to fight with me about how long he has been in the business and I just told him...I don't find this advertisement acceptable...and want ti stopped...in the end...I just ended the conversation...saying goodbye!
