I signed up for 30 day free trial of technical support through TheNerds.net who routed me to Merchant Technical Solutions who offered 30 day money back guarantee of trial technical support. I had to wait for Member # sent from Merchant Technical Solutions and I got # 004991417 and when I tried to log in was asked for that number then was told that number already registered and asked to call tech support who said I had to purchase "minutes" before I could get any tech support and told me to call back to Member services I talked to "Elizabeth" at both places, not sure if it was same Elizabeth. I asked to speak to supervisor who came on and would not give her name and was rude and passive aggressive and I asked to speak to her boss and was told boss was on phone I was told 4 times to call tech then Mem serv. back and forth 4 times and no technical support! Crooks. Cancelled my free trial membership Cancel # J5267 These people give no service!! Beware!! They don't do what they say!!
