my cougar need a transmission in it, the repair shop call cars and gave them all the information they needed to get the car fix. When cars received this information they would come up with all kinds of excuses to not honor there warranty and we would go back and fore with this for days on. This when on for 2 weeks and they don't paid for nothing and if your deductible is a 100.00 you are not just going to pay that amount you end up paying most of what the actual cost is to fix your car. Cars complete automotive repair services, (sucks...) and something need to done about this company because all they do is get people money on this warranty bullshit. And someone need to give that guy Bill...a taste of his same attitude that he be giving went you call there.
