On 01/19/2011 Mercury County Mutual Insurance policy holder Muhammad Quddusa was speeding west bound down Canoe Rd in Frisco, Texas. He struck a legally parked car which was parked in front of 12101 Canoe Rd., the force of the impact shoved the parked car over my brick and contrete mailbox and into my yard almost to the corner of the yard. This is over 125 feet. Besides destroying my mailbox, yard, sidewalk and landscaping it also scattered glasss, metal fragments and oil, gas and other vehicle debri in my yard. I contacted Mercury County Mutual Ins. Co. at 800-503-3724 and was told my the claims manager, Michelle Stephens that if I wanted anything done, I woul have to do it myself. They would not have someone come out and clean up the mess, erect a temporary mailbox or supply anyone to repair the mailbox.
My grandkids play in my yard, my oldest daughter parks in front of my house, both of these thing now cannot be done becaue Mercury County Insurance will not clean up the mess their policy holder created.
I will take this matter not only to the better business bureru but also to the State Insurance Board and the Texas Attorney General.
