YET, his insurance company Mercury County Mutual refuses to fix my car. They are forcing me to either get a lawyer or go through my insurance company. I will be getting the lawyer. The lady handling the claim Kawana has been very rude and unprofessional. She has refussed to answer questions. She has hung up on my husband twice.
