I took my car in for a fault to be repaired on at Mercedes Benz. It took a week after which I was told that they have discovered other repairs had to be done as well. I received my car on the 18 April, after which I called the service manager immediately to advise that the problem still persists. He never returned my call. We left 4 messages for him of which he never called us back once. I then asked for the workshop manager whom was busy so I left a message. He returned my call late Thursday afternoon whilst I was having my hair cut. I called him back 10 minutes later and was told that he had left for the afternoon and was on leave. I asked for the second in charge during his absence and was put on to some other guy that took all the details and was going to come back to us. He as well never returned my call. I e-mailed St Elmo on the 09 May and to date I never received a response. I tried calling him on the 11 May and was told that he is on leave and was put through to a Jacques Burger. Jacques took my details as well as I forwarded my e-mail to him. Today is the 16 May and still have had no response from anyone. This is very poor and unacceptable.
