Mesa Cleaners is a complete sham.

Issue 1: We have taken several pieces of clothing to Mesa Cleaners. When we picked these items up and removed the plastic these items were still covered with the pet fur we wanted removed (hence taken to the dry cleaners). All three items looked wrinkled and as if they had never been touched, simply bagged and returned to us.

Issue 2: We brought a brand new (two weeks old as it was a gift) comforter to be dry cleaned. The item was returned to us a week later with a 12 inch rip across one corner of the top of the comforter. It was not a rip made by a knife as it was not a clean cut. The edges and subsequent material underneath had ragged edges appearing as if it had caught in a machine and torn. My wife contacted Mesa Cleaners by phone and in person repeatedly. They said they could not refund the money for the cost of the comforter but would attempt a repair as their insurance required that action. The comforter repair was sub standard (again note this item was brand new when we took it in) and my wife asked for a refund and the price of the comforter replacement. After multiple contacts with various people at Mesa we were told they would not refund the amount nor do anything further to solve the issue.

Issue 3: We were given the run around as to who is actually the manager and who is in charge. Good luck tracking down someone with credibility and any understanding of customer service.

1. They are not in good standing with the BBB.
2. They are not in good standing with the Texas Comptroller .
3. When we contacted the previous owner who sold the business he was appalled at what we told him.
