So sorry to have to review this company this way. They are no shows, no call backs and rude when you call them...After speaking with a supervisor, which I really doubt was a supervisor, they were so un professional and rude that they will not be coming out to install my doors...ever. I work nights, waited all day for them and they did not show. When I called them to see what the problem was, they turned it on me and said they could not find the address. I asked them why they didn't call and check and then they said that the address was not real!...I have lived here for years! Not only that they were in the area previously installing another door in my same gated complex! Very poor attitude, very poor service. After dealing with the so called supervisor, who never gave an apology, I really didn't expect any further follow-up. I was right. I emailed a complaint to the company and they never responded as well. If this is how they run their buisness, imagine if you had a problem AFTER you pay them the money. See if you get service then. My complex will not be using them in the future nor will I. Mesa, you are not what you claim to be... very dissapointed and obviously by the number of complaints so are a lot of people!
