Funny how most of you file complaints... You are the very same people that have "elected" to NOT pay your mortgage. you have a signed agreement with your lender and you CHOSE to not pay per the terms of the agreement. You have committed fraud and are in breach of contract. Having worked in this area of modifications and having been in the mortgage industry for years, I have seen people such as yourselves attempt to put your problems which you have created onto the company(ies) you seeked help from. Before you start preaching the law, you should READ up on the laws first. I can assure you that each and every one of you received an agreement that specifically stated "NO GUARANTEES" and along with that, if the company or law firm are in fact legit, you wil also see in BOLD LETTER size 10 font advising you that you can in fact request a modification on your own OR seek help from a nonprofit organization... I can assure you that many of you did NOT submit the requested documnets in a timely manner either. When you POINT a finger take a close look as there are 3 fingers pointing right back at you.
