Attempting to obtain a RMA number to return unused product for a full refund.

I have called 1-800-231-4460 on 04/27/2011, 04/28/2011, 04/29/2011, 05/02/2011 (talked with Tammy), 05/03/2011 (talked with Angela #262), and 05/04/2011 (talked with Rebecca) in order to obtain the RMA number so I can return the unused products of the FitDiet Crystals.

I have been informed, that a representative will be calling me with the RMA number. The phone number I have provided is (360) 357-4095. I indicated that a phone message would be appropriate.

I have not heard from your company with the RMA number.

What is going on???????
