Paid $3, 700.00 for Insulation for my Building when I tried to cancel the Insulation the Office Manager, Elena S. Hill told me she would credit me with $940.00. After explaining to her Adam Rack charged me $3, 700.00 for the Insulation Elena told me there was a "Restocking Fee".

I told Elena I would fly to Florida from Texas and put the Insulation back on the racks myself before I would pay that kind of money for "Restocking".
