I went to costa rica for 2 months on business visit. I took mobile on rent from Metarentacelluar company. Mr.Mario (he might be the ower) insisted for the credit card. I gave my card and he promised me that no money will be taken from my card and he will only block certain amount of money from my card. When I surrendered the phone, I paid him full by cash. After making payment to him, I accidently went to my banks website and found that he has taken USD 600 from my card. I noticed this very late as I didn't get my card statement online. Immediately I called Mr.Mario and told him about this. He came to the hotel and told me that he will inform his banker to release the card and the amount will be credited to my card. Since I had to leave on the next day, I was not able to follow him there. After I came to Ghana, I called him many times and requested for the amount. I have also asked one of my colleague who was there for two weeks to get the payment but Mario didn't give. This happened on May 08. Still I am following for the payment. Can anybody help me on this?
