I am a fall out trainee of this company. Hired last December 2009. On the Employment Training Agreement, paragraph 5, "Should the Company choose to terminate your employment as Trainee, you will be entitled t collect your salary compensation on up to the last day of your actual service, after 30 days of your last day of employment with the company" and on paragraph 15, "Back wages will be paid by the company, thirty [30 days] after your last day of service". However, its April now and up to now I'm not receiving any feedback from them. Its hard to reach their tel. no., there was a time that when I contacted successfully the person could not provide any reason why is it up to now they are giving feedback regarding to the allowance of fall -out trainee. He just informed me that they are just processing the allowances of those trainees last Nov., 2009. This company is continuously hiring, I hope this will serve as warning to those people who'll apply there. I hope that DOLE will be informed regarding the unlawful treatment of this company to its trainees.
