METRIC POOLS. DO NOT HIRE THEM!WARNING! They are completely unethical, crooked, their work is poor (if they ever show up) but most of all this family owned business is very very shady and will steal your money. We should have known better when they asked for a check written BEFORE they even started out to the order of "Water Lilly's" ...why if the company name is Metric Pools? This we have been told by the small claims office is the first clue of a scam. Unfortunatly. we did not check BBB and other web sights before hiring Metric Pools and we unfortunatley trusted them. HUGE mistake! Yes they submit a lovely contract (bogus piece of paper with no signature or date), they want their money in advance and then steal it. Oh by the way, you don't get your work done either and your money is stolen by them. So take our advise amd hire all those other great swimming pool contracters. By all means do not hire this company and get referrals before you hire someone. In these difficult times, we don't need con-artists like Metric Pools stealing our hard earned money. Good Luck! PS to Metric Pools or whatever your name is now...may we have our money back! You know who the customers that you have cheated and stolen from are.
