	Gramma Linda March 1, 2010 Fraud I also was taken in by ...Metro Coffee Roasters (aka. World Bean Cafe). I was told I could cancel my 'membership' if I was'nt satisified. I too thought the coffee was way too expensive! I cancelled on 3/09. The following October I recieved more coffee. I did not open it. I also saw that they had charged me $38.90. I immediately called them. The girl apologized and said I would be reimbursed for the money. I have not yet rec'd it!? Go figure.
	JMitch January 22, 2009 Bad Business First, they mislead me with there advertisement, then when I received my items it was the wrong order. I returned the order: Mind you, I live in Missouri. They tell me 2 weeks after I returned it that they will not get it for like 4-5weeks And I live in the next state over. And did I mention? I work at UPS! There is No reason why they should not have my shipment back. And on top of that the "Customer Rep" was a Jerk! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!
	joe retired January 15, 2009 MISLEADING OFFER COFFEE ORDER WAS TO BE SHIPPED EVERY 2 WEEKS AFTER 1ST SHIPMENT, RECEIVED 1ST ORDER AFTER 2 WEEKS WENT TO CANCEL ADDITIONAL AND WAS TOLD 2ND SHIPMENT WAS ALREADY BILLED AND SENT TO ME. THEY SENT OUT THE SECOND ORDER RIGHT AWAY TO PREVENT YOU FROM CANCELING ON TIME. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM AGAIN
