Purchased a wonderful mattress 4 years ago with a 25 year warranty (spending over 1500.00). The mattress was sagging on both sides after the 4th year.
Contacted Metro Mattress and they agreed to replace our mattress... but ooooopppps... we don't sell that mattress any longer so we will replace it with this one
(extremely hard and not comparable to the initial mattress in any way, shape, or manner)

For another 1000.00 we listened to the sales person tell us how great the one we were testing was and what a big seller it was. Not even 6 months on this piece of crap and both sides are sagging. Just imagine that!

Contacted Metro Mattress and once again here is the one we will replace it with. THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY

5 years after purchasing the mattress I thought I would have until we grew old... we are stuck with a mattress that is so high it covers our headboard and we now are the proud owners of a Mattress that does not match its Box Springs because the idiot in charge of the Auburn store, whose name I think is MARK, made the decision he would not replace the box springs. They really don't care. The sales person's advice "We recommend purchasing a bed skirt" Can you imagine that

I highly recommend staying away from METRO MATTRESS, Grant Avenue, Auburn, NY ... Their Mattresses are not quality products and will never last as long as one would expect they should. The young man that came to deliver the new mattress informed us that they are replacing mattresses continuously.
