For the last 3 months i have been applying money towards my metro cell phone with credit card payments. lately the automated system pronounced that my card declined and it prvided an alternate number for me to call. The first time its happend all the operator asked me was for the card number, code on the back of the card and the experation date. the second time it happened i used my mom card so the operator asked that my mom get on the phone to verify that its her card, she did so. Now today (10-17-09) my card was declined again and i called the alternate number and i was told many reasons why I can nolonger use a credit card at all thru globel tel link... 1: i used too many card numbers. which i was never advised that there was a limit of card numbers to be used. 2: they add my mom Edna Walker as an additional accessor to my account which i never gave permission nor was i ever advised of. now im telling them that i'd rather enter my own credit card number as primary usage and they tell me basically too much of a decreptency there going to put a block on my credit card payment account. Now the question i have is what difference does it make who puts money toward my account and why does there have to be a block for me to pay thru the automateed system and i can still pay thru western union but im getting charged more.
