I am submitting this complaint about the unethical and reliable ownership of Metro Protective Agency of Michael Gunn and his tactics in the way he operates. He has from since day one when taking over the company to the present day he has been cheating his clients as well his employees. Start with the clients, it speaks pretty loud and clear what kind of service they’re really getting when he is pulling officers from sites that should be manned and patrolled meaning a fixed post. But yet Michael Gunn will charge them the full price of service when the service was not rendered at all! Clients that I have spoken to sadly to say that they are now recognizing what kind of service they’re really getting. But that’s what you expect from a thief like him so he can buy his toys instead investing in quality people and giving the client what they are paying for. Then Michael Gunn will use tactics such as spread rumors of other companies to his management to spread the word about other companies out there. When there is prospect looking for security services he will lie and defame them when he himself has the most skeletons in his closet than any other person out there. Then Michael Gunn will treat his employees like garbage! What do you think what kind of service the client is really getting when they are treat their employees like garbage? Michael Gunn has broken so many promises with his clients and employees. Took awhile but people are realizing what he really is. Once he locks you in on a contract then he has you and you are bound then he will be cheating you and guarantee that you will not get the service that you are paying for. He has made several comments that it’s just business, what about ethics Mike? No morals or sense of ownership towards the issues the clients are dealing with. This is guy that will lie and cheat to get what he wants. He will lie about others that are seeking security services to get contracts from prospects that are looking at getting security services. All you have to do is test him by mentioning owner of another company and that company and he will defame their character and slander them like no other. Far as property managers and others they don’t like to do business with trash talkers like him. Well when mentioning this no wonder just like thieves they do lie! What to expect from a thief like him and just like his son Dustin Gunn who stole laptops and shotguns along with other equipment out of the Salt Lake City police vehicles and was caught and charged with the crime along with possession of marijuana as well. “Father like son”. Not to mention that Michael Gunn had some insights of this but ignored it because he didn’t want people to know what their family business and scrutiny as well! Well actions are speaking loud and clear now and people are catching on to what you really are!!! Of course no one wants a bad name for themselves, but how long did you think this would go on until they figured you out? Like I said clients can tell you what kind of service Michael Gunn provides and the way he conducts himself and how he cuts corners to save a buck and screw the client. I am not on blog to tell you the character of Michael Gunn because those that deal with him know where I coming from and actions speak louder than words. Only to warn or inform those that are thinking of Metro Protective Agency as their security company for their property you might want to rethink and check out his company little more. You expect Michael Gunn to provide the necessary service you are requiring when he can’t manage his own staff and checks are being bounced, schedule is messed up all the time which part of the most of the time no guard is on site or they always late besides the quality of the officer. You are what you hire! Not to mention the correlation which is next to none “NO COMMUNICATION!” Michael Gunn is very hard to get a hold of and the only way to get a hold of him quickly is not to pay or be late on the receivables’ oh boy he will be at your door step let alone calling you for payment which was not received . But when there is concern which there is always an issue you can’t get a hold of him. This came from one of his clients that is done and over it! Just waiting for the contract to expire to get a more reliable company and better customer service of the ownership. When reading this blog you think that this is out of spite? Think I speak to hurt Metro, no but the conduct of what is going on with Michael Gunn and how he treats his employees and service and his irate clients. Just stating the facts and speaking from experience as well. So when you hear him talk about other people or companies he’s really talking about himself and there is some things I can’t go into detail because it might hinder the investigation. Ask the employees are they happy? Are they really? Same with numerous of his clients, that can’t wait until they are no longer bound by his contract. Just ask BIG-D Construction and why they dropped Mike Gunn it only took construction workers and the managers over there to figure out what kind of scam Mike was running. What do you expect from a guy has no experience in security or CUSTOMER SERVICE and the no integrity (now that’s a feeling ok, but it sad to know that I am right when everyone I had spoken to has said the same feelings, now that is a fact!) Mike claims to be right when everyone else is wrong? Maybe if mommy and daddy gave the company to a more responsible and mature individual then their son Mikey, someone that has more with integrity there would not be monkey business going on. Maybe like BJ Gunn his brother. Maybe the company would be more ETHICAL, because who can’t have an owner like him run ethical company when he doesn’t practice it in his personal life. Of course he’s been known to say one thing and do the other like all the promises he broken with his employees that only leads to tell you that he is lying to his clients just like to his employees, Michael Gunn speaks with that fork tongue. Time will tell all those that has him for service hopefully getting some of the money for the service you are paying for, guarantee you are not getting the whole money’s worth!

All this time you had cheated many people and lied about is now surfacing.
If the medicine is hard to swallow because the truth hurts. There will come a time when you are old and all the people you hurt, lie and cheated in this life, because you will have to answer for all your wrong doing you have inflected by then money will not buy you happiness and it will be too late. Heard the phrase; “Man with the most toys, still dies?” It’s not just that you’re not a good CEO/Manager, but overall just “not good person” and you know it, as well many others you slime. You built your reward and soon you will reap it! There’s a name of place for people like you that commit embezzlement, cheat, lie, and bare false witness and soon it will be a place you will call home specially for walking seis pool like you. “Thank God for that!”
