Ordered a LG Imprint online which came with no SD card. Shipping information email gave a phone number to call which was a phone tree with no options regarding my problem, so kept pushing numbers until I got a person who told me she had nothing to do with that problem, to go to www.metropcs.com/service, and who took my information promising to have someone call me. URL took me to a "Track you order" option which was useless. No one called. No email contacts on Web page. No one to talk to, so mailed a letter to Dallas, 3/8/11, informing them I was sending the phone back, why, and wanted a refund. FedEx delivered and phone was accepted by B Jolly 3/11/11. Now 3/24/11 and no refund nor response from MetroPCS. As far as I can tell this company has no Customer Service Dept. that can be contacted for problems!
If you are thinking of buying from them, think twice, because my perusal of the Internet has found many, many complaints, and very few recommendations!
