You are all dumb..
After reading ever single person's complaint; I have come to realize that 90% of you idiotic, brainless, "needs to learn how to read/write English", has no idea about telecommunications business, and seriously doesn't realize that the place you work at is getting a large amount of complaints, people! Everyone needs to do their research. I can bet 95% of you uneducated people don't actually do any research about a place of business i.e. (learn about a business before you buy their product/services). In stead you all are mostly followers NOT leaders, and take word of mouth from a friend or family member and go with it, when in fact, if they don't work for the company-you're buying from-then why in the hell are you taking advice from those who don't know how the business works? Take it from the horse's mouth or get more than one word of mouth-advice instead of jumping the gun and do business with a company. I've been a customer with metroPCS for several years, after doing research, business and working for all other cell phone provider's out there, some-most of you have never heard of before; Western Digital, Cricket Wireless, just to name a couple. What you don't know and I would really hate to burst everyone's bubble. "The customer being right" is not always true. Why, because we're all humans, we're all flawed, we're all customers and we're all employees. So instead of being asshole's on the customer and employee side and we all know how business works. Be nice, courteous and friendly because that will take you further on both ends of the business world and the end result equals great customer service (seriously be patient and wake up and realize that this world is all bout fast past everything, so learn to be patient and you'll get further in life). So, the next time you want to make a complaint; First, read out loud what you're typing. Second, correct any spelling errors. Third, fix all grammar errors. Fourth, know what the hell you're talking about and know the facts the way the facts are, not from some moron that thinks he/she knows what they're talking about. This concludes my complaint of complaints towards metroPCS, now go read about your own place of business and see what others have said about your job. I'm going to do the same.

Simply, big rip offs
Metro pcs sucks your supposed to have a flat rate each month and they overcharge me at least 7.00 per month sometimes 6.00 and change sometimes 5.00 and change ant to boot they charg you 3.00 fee to pay your bill and there customer service sucks and they wont even think of giving you there corp number to complain BIG RIPP OFFS...

Cannot transfer to me to a live operator
My payment is due the 10th ea mo. I made an online payment on the 9th of June. 06/11 service disoconnected. I called MetroPCS, customer service told me to call their 3rd party payment proc. co, "Bill Matrix" to confirm pymt was rec'd. I called, they confirmed pymnt was rec'd. I called Metro PCS back with the confirmation #. They told me it would take up to 2 hrs for them to check their computer data base. Service never resumed. I called, they now turned my service back on but only for 2 days while they investigate (again, they say they will investigate further). I gave the Metro PCS customer service rep. the trace # and the reference # my bank shows to confirm they debited my bank account. 2 days later, I get a text msg. saying the case is closed and that I need to pay another month's bill to resume my service. Metro PCS claims they have 24/7 Customer Service. I attempted to call Customer Service after hours, the automated system says it cannot transfer to me to a live operator at this time.

Awful company
I tried to setup an online pay account (1 of the only ways to pay without a fee) and once they send you an initial password you have to setup a new (8 characters min) password to get in. They wouldn't accept any of my 8+ character passwords so I called them from my girlfriend's phone, never got a human and they blocked her number!

Waste of time
I spent 215 on a phone about a month after having the phone it malfunctioned the phone wouldnt recognize the ac charger or the usb be plug ...plus the amount of drop calls i was having with the phone made me cancel my account and go back with t mobile (yeah t mobile sucks too but not like this) I'm sorry but metro pcs will end up just like amp'd mobile metro pcs is a waste of time.

Terrible customer service
I am a student and i thought this would be the best phone company to join since a they say- no contract and i would be here for just one year...I have had problems with this service since i bought this phone in December. I called and called their customer service and no one was able to assist me. I even went to their went customer service shop three times where they did not do anything about it. i kept on calling and they would tell me maybe its the other network, but the funny thing is i have a friend with the same kind of phone, who had the same kind of service and we come from the same place, and she didnt have any problem whatsoever. Finally i went back to the place where i bought the phone, the dealer called the company using their dealer line, and CAN YOU BELIEVE THE PROBLEM WAS SORTED! But sadly one month later i realised it was not working again, so i started calling their customer service line, basically i am back to square one.I feel like no one is willing to assist me, i even told them to take away the service, and no one even bothered to ask me why.

Horrible service
Please I implore anyone considering to buy a Metro PCS phone to say clear of this service provider. It's the worst I have ever experienced, and I have used a lot of services. Droped Calls, inaudible sound ( better quality form a string and 2 cans, over charges, and a bucket full of unnecessary crap.

This company on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 3 and i'm being kind. don't waste your time of money with METRO PCS. I loss big.

Bill Paying
My bill is normally due on the 20th of every month. For my August bill, I wasn't able to pay my bill until September 5th, which means my phone was disconnected from August 20th until September 5th. My phone was reconnected on the 5th of September. When I paid my bill, I asked the employee that I paid with if my bills would be due on the 5th now instead of the 20th of every month & he said yes. So the 20th of September rolls around & I get a text message saying that my bill is due soon. I disregarded it, thinking it was a mistake. So then on the 21st, my phone gets disconnected. I call 1-888-8METRO8 from my house & ask then what's going on. The man then told me that I should have been informed that there would be a $5 charge to reset my billing cycle (which I was never informed of) & since I didn't pay that $5, I would have to pay my bill plus the $5 to reset my billing cycle in order to restore the service to my phone. The employee kept telling me that there was nothing that he could do. So I asked to speak to his supervisor, who I did speak to. By this time I was livid that I had payed almost $60 for 15 days of service, so I handed my mother the phone. She spoke to the (supposed) vice president of the company (I doubt it) & he said that there was nothing that he could do for me until I paid my bill. So my Mom took his name & we're calling the Better Business Bureau. I doubt we'll get anywhere..but MetroPCS shouldn't be in business.
