This company are swindlers! Both my husband and I have dealt with them separately on our recent trip to Mexico, but my experience was the worst. They are a so-called legal firm pretending to specialize in helping people who want to get out of a timeshare deal. However my own lawyers have checked the contract and sadly it is binding. This firm is scamming people who have buyers remorse, pretending they can get a refund and help, when in fact they just want to rip us off further. Take a look at the Contract they asked us to sign. At Clause 4, it asks for a NINE HUNDRED DOLLAR retainer fee, payable from signing up. It also wants 35% of any refund obtained!! This is a complete rip off, and these guys are evil. My husband has added a similar complaint, with a photo of the "offices" mentioned on this scam contract. Just take a look and judge for yourselves. We are so glad we did not get suckered further by signing up with Gonzalez and Gonzalez, and we want some action taken. However we are now back in Spain - who would deal with this as a crime on an international level? We are very angry to think our poor judgement over the timeshare was taken such advantage of - so wwe want to put this bad review and complaint out there for all the world to see.
