DO NOT use their site to get tickets! I was trying to buy a ticket online and their site crashed, so I called Mexicana and they told me that the reservation was already lost and that the transaction was not applied. I finally got my ticket on expedia.com; to my surprise my credit card statement came with not just one but TWO charges from mexicana.com for the full price of the ticket!! So they did not issue the ticket but they charged my credit card TWICE... ...now I'm trying to solve the problem with mexicana and their customer service can not fix that by phone, and you need to email them and wait to see if they fix the problem, they promise that I will get my money back, but WHEN??

In summary do not use mexicana.com!!! they will charge your credit card even without issuing a ticket, they will charge for the same ticket twice, and they will not give your money back easily. Read the other complaints, I'm not the only one, so do the math and imagine how much money they keep with these "glitches" in their system, and for how long? Where is the interest from that money? Who is keeping it? It is a well known fraud and now mexicana.com is using it!!!
