MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED A SET OF 5 BOOKS BUT WE'VE ONLY RECEIVED 1. THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG. LUCKILY OUR MAIL CARRIER KNOWS OUR LAST NAME SO WE WERE ABLE GET THE PACKAGE.

Did not receive in full what was paid for
I paid $55.00 for five books that were sold as a group. I only received one book and it was damaged from being shipped incorrectly. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

this is regarding a payment of 50+ dollars made to company and only receiving 1 book out of 3-5 books. this unacceptable due to this purchase being for a good cause by students i had thought. i would not recommend purchasing any products from this company ever again. i would like to get my products that are owed to me. do not purchase nothing they are a scam and rip offs!

incomplete order/oepn/used product
Took over 6 months to get products. Received in an opened envelope and book were not what was placed for order. Only received two books! Not a happy camper.

Fraud
I just received a Spiderman book in the mail that was supposed to go to a child. I had a teenager come to my door selling these books on behalf of the MFS organization to help pay for a "major" soccer competition. He said it cost $55.00 and a particular child would be receiving 5 books from a category of choice. This was several months ago and I just received a book in the mail yesterday. Why did they send this book to me and why was it only 1? I have no phone # or paperwork that came with this book so I have no way of contacting these people. What a waste of $55.00. I hope these people are caught and prosecuted.

Book Scam
A young lady came by selling childrens books. She said it was a fund raiser so she could go to Europe for school(College). I was told that every selection of books came with 5 books and a CD each at a price of $55.00 per selection. Being a new father of a 2 1/2 yr old child I fell for it and bought 3 selections for a total of $165.00
That was in early July as of August 29, 2009, I have only recived 1 book of 1 selection, and it did not come with any CD as promised.
I went on the internet to locate company's phone number and could find any for the company. What I did find was page after page of complaints, by other people who have had the same thing happen to them.
What can I do legally to try to get my money back?

Paid $55 for a set of 5 books but only received 1 book!
A young lady in college came to my door and said she was selling something. I listened and decided to bu some books for my godchild. I made a check out for $55 and she said the books would come in 6-8 weeks. It took longer for the books to come and I finally received a book. That's right. One book when I paid for 5. And now I want my money back and I'll send them the book back.
