Fill out the on-line form check the little box tht allows them to investigate and send. Good luck! Stay strong! Please do it now if they are going to take us seriously.

Improper foreclosure
To get to the point quickly so the pape doesn't time out...
My wife and I were served "complaint to foreclose" papers on Dec. 2nd 2010. Mortgage co. who is almost impossible to contact says we didn't pay our mortgage since Feb. 2010 and we are 9 thousand dollars in debt. Our checks were cashed money deducted from our checking act. I have the babk statements to prove this. Now we have to hire an attorney ( I have been out of work for a yr. after 24 yrs in business) and go to court. This has been a very tough time on us around the holidays. From what I have read, I is hard to beleive what they have done to "Good" people trying to live the american dream. Another blow in these difficult times. I hope we are able to win this battle. Good luck to the many others out there who are dealing with this and similar issues with their lender

MGC Mortgage has sent someone to my home tonight please understand that it is 8:19 pm walking around my house if you see anyone doing this please call the police this is trespassing!! this is against the law!! please don't allow these poeple on YOUR PROPERTY if they do not have sumoms! and you have not been to court PLEASE CALL THE POLICE!! MGC Mortgage has stepped up there scam people you must listen to me this will be your last opportinuty to get on board. Today I rec'd a cerfied letter today from MGC Mortgage stating that I once again am in default. I find this funny since I just gave them 30k!! and paid my own taxes and insurance!! and paid them by my records these scam artist have over 5k of my money with no return in site and have stated that I am in default once again.(I say haha to this it looks like my home will be in forsclosure another 15 months again but once again I am ready!) If you have spoken with me or the attorneys and we did not think that you met the requirements for this class action suit I would like you to please do some of the following things please file a complaint with the [email protected] we have given them some information that will assist you. Please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission I have given this number out before. You must submitt all of your complaints in writing. We will be following up with them as well. All of you which there are many please follow the instructions of the attorneys. If someone has not contacted me please hurry to be added to my list please call me asap 860-568-4808. Trust is the most important thing and why would you trust a stranger and I understand this I am the same way. But we trusted MGC Mortgage and look where that got us. But people you have to take a chance nothing can be as worse as what we are going through right now a nightmare. Please stand up and be counted!! Let your voice be heard. class action suit against mgc mortgage
I agree with you totally and that is what I have set out to do. Stop the MGC Mortgage from frauding me. Amoung the fraud they are trying to destory peoples lives there dreams to be homeowners many people dream of the day when they can own their own home it makes people feel good.

REMOD's are a trap because they are not really giving you anything they are tacting large amounts of money at the end of the mortgage with other hidden fees that most people don't even realize until it's to late, and then they can't or will not do anything about it.

Companies such as MGC Mortgage who say they remod don't this is why they give you the run around by having you send in package after package. People we need to wake up why would you want to send your personal information to someone 3, 4, 5 or even 6 times whom continues to say "we did not get it". People are sending information like your personal taxes, loans, light & gas bills, etc. everything that makes up your life to a stranger who could not care less.

This is what they the investor banks on that you will be foolish enough to continue to do this while they are foreclosing on your home. REMOD's dont stop foreclosurer! While you are sitting at home waiting for them to responsed they are down at the courthouse filing.

I don't believe that when they said that the USA was the greatest place to be they met USA was the greatest place to be ripped off.

I ask people everyday not to not make it easy for them please keep on paying your mortgage and keep on fighting once you stop paying they get the upper hand.

I have been noticing a increase of foreclosures at a rapid pace we MUST move a little quicker now since good Andy Beal seems to be moving quickly.

I am updating you on a few things that we need to do at this time.
We need to file a complaint with the FBI I am attaching the link below. Please we must send your complaints asap. Since the FBI has a Mortgage Fraud Task Agency's now this is a good place to lodge a complaint.

This is very important to our case so that MGC Mortgage aka Andrew Beal can not say that we have never filed a complaint.
In addition to that WE MUST FILE the report to FTC if you have not already done so. I have also listed that number as well. We need at least 2 agency's that we have reported to that are creditable.
You must clear in your statements to the FBI we are pursing criminal charges as well!! These people are not only stealing they are committing acts that are outrages! to put it mildly...

1)If they have already foreclosed on your home without notice YOU MUST file this complaint with the FBI.
2) If they have only sent you a letter of foreclosure from their attorney YOU MUST file this complaint and contact our attorney asap!!Do Not Wait!!
3) Once they do a lockout we can not help at this point it will be late! Once they get a motion for default against you we can not help. Once they get a judgement against you we can not help!!
4) Please understand that these people are not your friends and RE-MOD's don't stop foreclosures! this is a stalling tacked!
5) MGC Mortgage does not do RE-MOD's please let's be clear $11.00 to $148.00 is not a legit modification

MGC Mortgage Class Action Suit Update
I want to make to make myself clear about MGC Mortgage so that there is NO misunderstanding they don't do RE-MOD please people listen to me. I have been fighting MGC for 2 years and this is why I started this class action suit.

I am being told by the attorney that some of you don't have your fact straight and you don't have your documentation ready when ask certain questions. I was also told that someone told the attorney go and look on the complaint board!! This is serious if you are not serious please don't call me.

I have stated this over and over again MGC MORTGAGE doesn't do RE-MOD'S once you understand this then you will understand what is going on here. They don't have to do re-mod since they did not take any of the stilumas package associated with the Affordable Home Act that the president pasted. Please don't complain to the attorney about.

If they were going to give you a re-mod it would be between $11.00 and $150.00 please wake up this is NOT and remod.

People when you get a letter from there attorney starting forclorsuer please DON'T CALL there attorney they will tell you not to come to court! This is a easy way for them to obtain judgement against you and take your home.

You don't have to believe me just ask some of my followers...today is a sad day for me I know you folks don't know me but I am not telling you anything wrong...it's just human nature not to believe someone you don't know.. but my prayers go out to the family in Ohio...

Home and Land Swindling
MGC Mortgage is a land swindler. I have paid 200K in the last 7.5 years on my home. I pay my own taxes every year myself which are to date.
They wish to foreclose for the second time.
The first time, I hired an attorney and he filed a complaint in federal court and issued a restraining order to the people to stay away from the property. Now the federal suit has been dismissed with prejudice.
MGC now indicates one month after this "stay period" of 17 months, that I owe nearly $300, 000.00, which exceeds the value of the property. Yet they will not send me any itemization of those fees when requested.
My loan is interest only until 2030, variable interest rate, interest fixed at a range of not going below 9.75 and not exceeding 16. I was hanging in, but slow, when the interest rate reached 14.25
Now my children and I are losing our home. Thanks a lot MGC, you have been the best. You are the investor, and always have been, even when GMAC was the servicer.
I cannot seem to make these people understand that I qualify for a loan modification.
They wanted my money and when I could no longer pay the big money, as my salary decreased when the economy tanked, they get the house and I have been paying rent so to speak (nothing is applied on principal...all is on interest) for the last 8 years. Gosh that rent was over 3000.00 per month.
What? I feel like this is a nightmare.

Class Action Suit
A MGC loan modification is almost impossible to get these days without extensive attorney help as well as a well prepared case. Throughout the Country, homeowners are completely fed up with MGC and their lack of response to qualified, make sense requests for loan modifications, and the amount of fraud and predatory lending that has turned up in MGC originated mortgages is staggering.
Most loans serviced by MGC were sold to them by GMAC, or by Homecomings Financial (a GMAC subsidiary specializing in subprime mortgages). This is not a coincidence; it is my belief that these loans that are being sent over to MGC are viewed as “high risk”, or as one representative of MGC told me on the phone, “bottom of the barrel”. These are loans that GMAC does not want to have to modify under Making Home Affordable. I mean no slander by this statement, and I genuinely hope to be proven wrong, however as it stands this is a true statement!
