We had taken membership of a Blue Studio in Feb 2010 and paid Rs. 15564 (Rupees fifteen ‎thousand five hundred and sixty four only) towards the initial payment. Subsequently some of ‎the terms of the special offers that were verbally conveyed to us at the time of registration were ‎not honored by MHRIL, namely the following:

The holiday offer which include membership of RCI costing 90000/ free of cost but now they are ‎telling that this member ship is only for two year only it must be renew every year after ‎depositing the amount costing 6700/with club Mahindra ASF This had left us feeling cheated, ‎with the belief that Club Mahindra does not honour the commitments made at the time of ‎booking membership, and secures members under false pretences. We therefore requested ‎MHRIL on March 1, 2010 to cancel our membership and give us a full refund immediately. My ‎Memdership No 1677702‎
