After having new wheels and tires installed on my car I basically began a string of customer service interactons I would never tolerate in my own business.
I was told I was getting a great deal, first of all let's all note I am smart enough to recognize this line. However, I was happy to get the wheels and okay to pay the price offered. After leaving the business I went and washed my vehicle, I noticed a huge scratch spanning the width of one of the spokes and was confused. I took my vehicle back and was accused of several different reasons this was my fault, told I should be happy anyway because I got a good deal, and that they did not care if we did not refer or give positive feedback about there business. In fact, when we said we wouldn't he told us he'd rather not even touch our car anyway. He did though and guess what?! At the car wash I found damage to another of the wheels. Of course I have not taken it back in, if he thought it wasn't his fault the first time what is he going to say the second time?
Now, I also have to mention the fact that from the day the wheels were installed on my car it had a terrible shake. After an alignment from my people and a rebalance from Mi Gente it was still there. I was told I would just have to deal with it and it's normal. After a short amount of research I found out that either I need center rings or my wheel is messed up. Let's all hold our breath and see if I ever get the wheels, without damage, and without driving problems and customer service that isn't a slap in the face.
