ripoff

2 young girls came to my house and said they can get me magezines real cheap for 2 years and said about there rewards and so forth. i gave them a check which i now stop payment on it also gave them cash 80.00 for another book which i am sure i will never see so watch out for young people selling books and things., could anyone please help other in this situation from now on thanks barb

magazine subscription not received

I purchased Shape magazine from a door salesman on 8/23/08 and have yet to receive my subscription. I paid $40 in cash and $25 balance with check. Salesmans name is Eddie Dorsett. Please tell me my subscription is coming, and why it is taking so long? this will be the last time I ever purchase anything from a door to door sales person.
