Michael & Son (a heating and plumbing contractor) charged me $455.00 to replace a limit switch (online colst: $26.00) on my furnace in December, then it broke down a couple of weeks later, and another contractor came and told me they hadn't fixed the problem, which was the pump needed replacing. Avoid Michael & Son if you live in Montgomery County Maryland!
