So I ordered the Lithographs about 2 months ago. I received them in the mail and when i pulled them out of the mailing tube it was as though the posters had been shoved in to the tube with some kind of force because one side of the posters was all wrinkled and damaged... So here the fun starts...

I then call the 1800 number listed on the website. The gentleman I spoke to sounded genuinly concerned with taking care of the problem, and getting some new posters sent to me, even said I could keep the ones I got in the mail... He then proceeded to tell me that I would receive the new set in about 10 business days... Well... it has been almost 3 weeks and nothing, so I decided to give that 1800 number another try.. When I finally get through I get this really LOUD woman who wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise.. She just kept talking and talking.. She tells me that the order is being *processed* and that it was set for the 27th and that I would be receiving the posters on October 8th... I guess she felt that was supposed to make me happy.. I then proceeded to tell her what the gentleman told me that I had talked to previously, once again she talked over me and said, "well this is the date we have set for you to get your posters." So I then ask to speak to her supervisor, and didnt get anywhere with the new idiot that came to the phone.. Got the same exact run around, like that date was supposed to make me happy... SO in a nutshell, it is about 3 months or so to get some posters... AND you better hope they dont come damaged because they will give you every run around in the book...
