I called to see if they could fix a crack in my well pump. He said he would come and look I asked if there would be a charge and he replied I charge 75 dollars an hour for work done. I assumed he was telling me this in case he could fix it when he came. He not only couldn't fix it, he tried very hard to sell me a new one and then had the nerve to charge me $75.00 for 10 minutes of sales pitch. He did absolutely nothing except turn it (the pump) on and off. I told him at least charge for ten minutes not an hour and he claimed it took him almost 45 minutes to get to my house because he got lost. (Oriskany is only a few minutes away from Holland Patent)

He purposely gave me double talk when I asked him how much he would charge just to look at it. He is a swindler and people should be made aware of it.
