Last September, I purchased a product from Bulletproof Marketing, owned by Michael Rasmussen, a pretty well-known internet guru.

His reputation has been excellent, and the product I purchased was called "Affiliate Launch Blueprint". I paid $197 for it and it had a 30 day return policy. After I started looking at the course, I realized it was over my head (I was just starting out in online marketing and was exploring several different methods). Anyway, I emailed Michael and his support team before the 30 days was up, including a copy of my original order, etc... and I emailed again, and again, and called him over and over, but absolutely no response or refund.

So.. here we are, almost 5 months later and still no refund or response. I am just writing to warn anyone who is considering doing business with Michael Rasmussen's company that if you are in no need of customer service or a refund in actuality, or any response whatsoever, then, by all means invest in his products... They are good, as can be seen in his blog and other websites. But, if customer service is important to you, then buyer beware.

That's my story... and if he would just refund my $197, I'd be fine. Unfortunately, he didn't use ClickBank for this purchase, otherwise I could have gotten my money back. Will I ever do business with him again, most likely no. Too bad.
