I had the same problem as the other guys. He showed me a car via email and I checked the carfax. He had me look at a car but had other VIN # on it. I gave the deposit, then went home and saw it had a different VIN. The carfax on that car he tried to sell me was in an accident. He won't give the deposit back. I've filed reports and taking him to court. I'm only glad I didn't pay in full for the car. For those of you who did, I'm sorry...I was almost one of you. Let's hope that all of our testimonies can stop him. If you haven't filed your complaint, do so...with the DMV Investigator Office. They have loads of stuff on him.
