On Friday Oct 24th a friend and I went to Michaels Amusements to look at halloween costumes. The ladies working there looked to be very stressed and unhappy. One of the employees was very rude to us and said that we needed to buy or get out. I was so embarrassed and angry because they assumed because we were young meant we were stealing or something. I am 22 years old and do not stand for people being rude for no reason. So on Monday Oct 27th I called Michaels Amusements to talk to a manager. I very nicely chatted with the lady about how I was treated earlier in the week. She basically told me that they are busy and that she was too busy at the moment to handle the situation. I told her that I have been a long time customer and that she should value my opinion a little more. She said "Oh Ya? What have you bought here?" After that the lady got very rude and aggressive towards me. Finally she hung up on me. I called back right after she had hung up on me and I asked for the manager’s name. She said that she would not give me that information. I told her that she is the manager and that as the manager and owner of the company that she needs to provide me with the information. SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. Later that day on my lunch break I went to Michaels and demanded a business card of the manager of the store. She argued with me and would not give me the business card. Finally I said to her I am not leaving with out your name. Finally she gave me a card with her name on it. Marge Kryzanowski was her name. After this display of obviously horrible customer service I felt so bad because I had been treated horribly in the situation because I am young and the manager did not care about my business at all.
