Awful customer service
Internet seller, michelniques.com refuses to do an exchange of a Christmas gift because I purchased it more than 30 days prior. DUH some of us do our Christmas shopping early. Most retailers relax their return/exchange policies around Christmas time.
Please note, I did not ask for a refund, but an exchange...so they still would have had my business/money, so what's the big deal?
btw, I also noticed they also have big restocking fees on returns, should you ever get them to accept anything back. So...BUYER BEWARE of any purchase made from this crappy seller.
